Personally, I'd go for Skinners Field & Trial http://www.skinnerspetfoods.co.uk/products/field---trial-products/puppy-food/ as it's a great quality food (wheat & gluton free) and at a very reasonable cost (VAT free as it's a working dog food which makes a bit of a difference).
Their adult Field & Trial (Duck, Salmon & Turkey - all with rice) are great foods too so it helps make an easy transition.

No probs!:D
You need to upload the pic to a pic hosting site (like Photobucket - you can do it from your pc, mobile, email etc)
Once done, choose the "share" option, and copy the code
Go into your post and choose the "image" button (looks like a yellow envelope with mountains & a stamp on) and paste the link in
Remove [IMG from either end of the link and .... that's it!:D

Another vote for skinners, when your pip is grown. Their duck and rice and salmon and rice are great too (they rest not so much).
Not amazing foods, but on a budget, you wont get better.0
