I think they deserve the money they earn, why should they earn £20k a year when millions are on offer? If they do a good job and hit target the company they work for gets lots of extra profit and the deal is they get a share of the profit, just as I get a share if we hit our team and personal targets.
It's not quite enough to buy a flat in Canary Wharf in my case but I don't feel guilty taking the extra. I know I'm luckier than a lot of people who work just as hard or harder than I do but my deal with my employer is what we both think I am worth.0 -
I am sure many people if they spent their prrofessional life studying companies and markets then they could do it.
I am sure when people get these jobs that they are no expert on much of it.:beer:0 -
