Well just go do it then, there's nothing stopping you, and if you too end up as knackered each day as brazilianwax says yon city workers are, then you will be far too f****** tired to log onto MSE when you have finished whooping it up with the other fat wallets..... And that IMHO sounds like a result all round..... Right kids? ;)

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand relax. :p

Never have me as I am not cocky enough:rotfl:

  • So does the home share investor to be honest. They look at Economic data and company data and make similar Estimates.

Your average home share investor isn't doing it 18-20 hours a day though

Or responding instantly to changes and making decisions that affect billions of pounds/dollars

In the same way that not everyone can be a doctor or nurse, not everyone can be a city worker.

Honestly - you would not believe the pressure these guys are under.

Just as down my local dogs home they are under pressure not to kill the dogs and cats off, I am under pressure to not screw up my essays-- we all have pressure in our very own ways.

Oh phil. phil.... You have all these opinions about jobs, economy, education etc... seemingly you know what all the professions do and you can do everything too... Well why don't you actually go out and DO something? Then perhaps we will be impressed.

There we gooooooo.... phil's own woes...

And the pressure you are under with your essay, qualifies you know what a City worker's pressure is like.

Only studentphil can come out with this sort of logic. No wonder he struggles with his course on philosophy, where strict logic is essential.

Q, you misunderstand, I am not saying because there is pressure in every other job that you can understand the exact nature they face, but I am saying everyone in every job faces pressure, so it is not unique to your trader.

No it's not unique but the wealth that bearing this pressure and still functioning above average yields for the employer far far ofsets the wage.

Together we can make a difference.
