    Yeah, 20 years ago, I got 3 points and a £100 fine for doing a ton on an empty motorway on a Sunday morning, and I was concentrating, with both hands on the wheel.
    I was nearly run over on a zebra crossing by a young girl on her mobile phone.

    Warrant for arrest because she didn't turn up
    so it seems ok to drive whilst using your mobile and ignoring court dates
