    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:

    a shame a case cant be made similar to the loan insurance ( p.p.i ??) and bank charges scam were these charlitians were left in a position of having to pay back every penny they have conned out of people, pre getting one of these `tickets` recently i was unaware just how devious these con men companies were

    would be the icing on the cake for these `legals` to be seen to be in breach of something and from it struck off for missconduct
