• With the filmfirst free screenings, can I pass the tickets on to friends if I can't make it? I remember reading something about taking ID with you when you attend the screening but am unsure if they check.
Thanks

I was curious about that myself and I have found the answer in their FAQ's:
I would like to change the name on my tickets

If you want to change the name on your ticket, please send the name of the person that will be using the ticket to changeofname@seefilmfirst.com.

But to be honest, I have never been asked for ID before, so you could just risk giving them the printout, I guess. If you want to make sure, the FAQ mention driving licence, credit card or utility bill as valid ID, so just give them the printout and your gas bill, LOL.

I wonder if some of you MSE'ers who go and see Beowulf, could tell me if you saw the 3D version of this film and was it any good?

I saw it in 3D too on Monday night, they give out some Roy Orbison type glasses to wear. They made my eyes feel a bit strange though and I had a slight headache when the film was finished but it was very impressive and I would recommend it anyone.
• I really wanna see the Darjeeling Ltd but its full at southampton...i've been checking every day just in case :(
TheWolf2007, I've got tickets for AR in Southampton...is that anywhere near you?

Saw the 3D version. Their glasses fitted over my normal ones, thank goodness.
It was impressive, definitely the best dragon I've ever seen.
I recommend it. I'd love to see it in an IMAX

I had to do the same thing, did you feel as stupid as I did? :D
