Does anyone know where Brief Encounter is screening tonight in the North West please, From the free tickets to classic films thread, i have an invite for any participating cinema, yet I can't find a list of participants.
Thanks in advance
Yes, today is the day. All you need to do is go to the website listed on the tickets (something like myfilms.co.uk) and you will find a list of cinemas.
I went to an earlier showing of the film today and I really enjoyed it, excellent film.I :heart2: Waitrose0 -

Me too, only my tickets weren't free
They hadn't put a stamp on the envelope and I had pay £1.24 for the privilege of collecting them from the PO
Anyone know if you have to apply/enter again if you fancy tickets for next week0 -
I found a cinema showing brief encounter just by going through the local cinema websites, I did enjoy the film.
I also want to apply again but still cannot find the site they came from, there was a link i the free tickets thread but it is not working and i've tried to google all the sponsers on the ticket but cannot find the information for the screens, i've tried myfilm.com and myfilm.co.uk without success.
Perhaps the offer is finished for the freebies although there are 5 films left to screen0 -
Please dont clog up this board with exchange of ticket offers - how many times do we have to tell you! It pi$$es people off big time.
MSE rules clearly state that you can't exchange personal details like you have suggested doing above in your post.0 -

Just back from Waitress tonight at Edinburgh Kinnaird Park - really good film but it started at 6.15 and not 6.30.
When we spoke to manager afterwards he advised
SCREENING OF KNOCKED UP TOMORROW IS AT 6.15 as well.
So if you are going, go earlier.Member No. 18 of the "104 free previews in 2008" club!19 down 85 to go0 -

Exactly the same happened to us at Bournemouth so missed the first 10 mins.:(
See Film First e-mailed me about Knocked Up being earlier, but not Waitress. It made it very hard to concentrate because most of us were arriving after it began - and another film next door was soooo loud that we couldn't hear what was going on very well. But I thought it was a very sweet film, and am glad I went to see it.0 -
Odeon Panton Street started at 6:32
It was half empty as well so a hell of a lot of people didn't use their tickets! :mad:0
