Exeter was pretty empty, I would say less than 25% full, I don't know how many claimed tickets and then didn't turn up, I know of 3 tickets that weren't used, last time I tell anyone of a freebie!!I believe that I have the strength to make my dreams come true:T September Challenge £5 per day - £0/£150 :T0

Pretty disgusted with Odeon. No notice to tell people who turned up early - as the tickets told us to. Stood queuing for half an hour - having dragged myself and the kids out of bed early on Sunday morning. 10.30 and we were finally told the film hadn't arrived. The duty manager hadn't noticed apparently until 5 minutes before they were due to show the film
Someone suggested they put on another film instead - such as Shrek, but he refused.
Dozens of very annoyed parents and disappointed children.
First time this has ever happened to me, I hope it is the last.

Did they not even offer you free tickets, heard this happen before - and people complained and they got tickets to see any film any time. Maybe someone else who actually compained can comment. Worth writing a letter, even though the tickets are free, you still had to make the effort to get there !0
