M - Hot dogs with lots of onions (We had a discussion last night and this is what OH most fancies!)
T - Pasta and pesto with cherry tomatoes.
W - Greek salad flavour frittata (I saw a recipe for this, basicaly frittata with olives and feta)
    Th - Spagheti bolognese
    F - lasagne
S - left over lasagne (if there is none, jacket potaoes and baked beans)
S - Would like a roast, but might end up with jacket potatoes, beans and cheese.

Might swop the spahetti bolognese with a chilli and flatbreads from Jamie Oliver book, but know myself well enough to know that probably won't happen this week.

One of the girls at work asked me if I wanted some eggs tonight £1 per 1/2doz. I've bought a dozen so may well be having something with egg in it again before Saturday. DS loves eggs and they were only laid this morning (yesterday morning) so are nice and fresh :D
I also deviated from the plan last night and did chips/sweetcorn with the chicken because it was so hot. Then the weather broke!

We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy!
