does pond bother anyone?

Pond could harbour mosquitoes, but not if the neighbour has fish in it. You could just check.
I'd be more worried about children/grandchildren wandering across the boundary and drowning. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
We have a pond with frogs, pond is in the back garden..
I was mowing the front lawn on Sunday, when I saw something jump, I jumped as frightened the hell out of me I then stopped took a closer look to see a frog!!
Was amazed to see 3 of them in the front garden! So bewarned you may get frogs in your garden too! and in your house if you have a cat who ikes to bring presents home.. we've had a live one inside the house and a dead one on the doorstep!
Frogs ae nice and endangered so don't mind them hopping about at all
:rotfl: yeah.. very funny!
I do have a cat!.. and we've already have presents from time to time, even saw a half tail once!.. don't want any more frogs/frog legs!.
well.. the house next door is put on the market too.. My hubby went there under cover ( secretly ) after me nagging him over the WHOLE week - to see the pond ! :A not the house!.. it's a small one with a control inside the house, will be a pumped stream coming out.. not that 'harmful' as it's a small pond, , like 2 meter by 3 meter ish !.
 well.. i am fine now !.. good lucks with the frogs !0 -
This thread has cheered me up no end. :rotfl:

Our neighbours have a pond. We get a lot of frogs in our garden (they're fascinating) and we've seen herons perched on our garden fence which was simply stunning. other than that it's made no difference to our lives whatsoever.current debt as at 10/01/11- £12500
