What do you prefer? What are my chances? eBay

I have about 3 black bags of ladies clothes size 14-20.
Kids clothes 3-12
AND My DAD also has 2 black bags of large clothes 46-50waste and xxl- xxxl t shirts (He has lost 12 stone bless him).
Plus I have a 2 seater recliner leather sofa pick up only. (one of the recliners is broke).
Plus more house hold items.
Anyway what are my chances of selling them on eBay? I used to sell many years ago, but seems that the business sellers have taken over.
Do I sell at auction or buy it now? And can we still link photobucket to our description instead of paying extra for that extra photo?
I know it's going to take me hours even days to list everything, and I don't want it being a waste of time.
What are my chances?
And do you know of any large men that require a new wardrobe? lol

One tip to speed up listing is to get one listing done that your happy with and listed, then use 'sell similar' so your T&C's are already there. Just remember to choose the correct category.
In clothes you can have 12 pictures free.
You can link to photobucket for more pics if you wish.
Wait for a free listing weekend to list free on auctions only at any start price. Then you only have Final Value Fees of 12% to pay.
As a new seller you'll have limits on how much you can sell a month so as you obviously have volumes I'd consider small job lots all the same size so you can sell more.
Remember to set your buyer preferences to block buyers with more than 2 strikes, countries you don't post to etc.
Be extremely clear and up front about any flaws with extra pics.

Thank you. I used to sell many moons ago, but then the new feedback stars came into force and my account got suspended, talking 4-5 years ago now, had over 13000 fb too.
My new name I have over 500 fb mainly bought, sold the odd xbox game when we have finished with it. Omg that's another thing, we have games and dvds to sell too.
How many items can I sell per month? (does it include re-listing too?) How can I find this information?0 -

If you've already been listing some items then you may be eligible for the free 100 @ 99p start listings per month.
The last couple of free listing weekends have been for 100 items over £1 start.
These promotions though are only for private sellers who meet the minimum seller performance, if you take a look on the announcements page you can see whether you'd be eligible.
As you've had an account suspended don't be surprised if you suddenly find that this new account gets suspended. There have been a few threads where people have opened a new account & suddenly ebay somehow link the two & close the new one.0 -

Forgot to say, that I would go for auction format, BIN's aren't included in any promotional prices.
Relists count towards your 100 free listings per month on both.0 -

When you open the fridge and see a huge bar of chocolate inside. You barricade the fridge door with chairs and whatever else you can find lying about. That is resisting. In the OP's case, I think it is a typo, and means relisting.

Did you resolve the reason for your original suspension? If not you need to be careful as if ebay link that account to your present one they will ban you. Ebay normally do eventually link accounts normally at the most inconvenient and costly time so it is worth trying to sort out.
Was because they took into consideration the recent neutrals which made my stars go down dramaticly (sp), and that was because the bag my stock was in was ruined by a leak we had. So I let buyers know of this, some were OK and others of course were funny about it. I never bothered anymore, I was sick of the changes. And started working in the real world, also same time closed down my own website, was a good business but boy did I have to work hard for it.
I have moved and married since, and then set up a new eBay account just to buy items (have sold the odd game), also a new bank account, so I doubt I can be linked. I am not doing this for a living now, am just wanting to sell what we no longer require.
Still in 2 minds weather to do auction or buy it now?
I have a lot of joe brown dresses and monsoon, If most buyers are like me, they will bypass auctions and click lowest price first on buy it now... lol OH I don't know what to do...0
