Yes thats percy, im moving to just outside manchester, not yet though due to the prices falling;)
Well okay, similar question then, where can you move to a nice area just outside Manchester and get a decent semi-detached for £80k?
If I was in a situation to wait I wouldn't buy right now either.0 -

The PDF can't have rendered properly, meaning I was fed misleading information.
Yes. That must have been it.
I sent an e-mail to someone at work today specifically to give them a report. It finished with the line "please see attached". They replied with an e-mail saying "thanks for that, but no attachment! Can you resend?". I replied and apologised for my doziness and said that the report was now attached. Forgot to attach the report again.0 -

Should tell them to have a look at their spam settings. Tell them you've gone out of your way to now rename the document and hopefully it will arrive this time.
Not that I have ever done that after doing the same as you! I blame the paperclip for not jumping out and tapping the screen at me anymore to remind me of its presence. Even when I didn;'t have attachments to send, that nice little paperclip would come out *tap tap* simply to enquire whether I did.0 -

One of those posts I'd thank twice if I could.0 -
I think me and you may have different opinions on where the nice areas are.
Really? I dunno. I lived in the rough part of Salford for quite a while and enjoyed living there, to a certain extent anyway.
I would say that the nice parts of Manchester to buy a semi-detached house are places like Chorlton, Didsbury, The Heatons, Worsley, Sale, Altrincham, Hale etc. etc. We looked at semi-detached houses in these areas but for something decent and old (don't like new houses) then you were looking at at least £200k plus, and probably £250k to 350k plus in a lot of those areas. A semi-detached in some of the okayish areas of Salford are still £150k+.
So aside from our differences in the terms 'nice', where are you looking around Manchester which is nice by your judgement and has semi-detached houses for £80k? You seem to be avoiding the question after making the statement.0 -
Potentially a stupid question, bear with me.
