Long walk, about 2miles.
15 minute walk across gorgeous open stray! Or 2 mins on train.
What about the travelodge- right in town.
Oddly the best value can often be the old swan. They are sometimes on group on as well- try Sheffield group on. It seems to have haarogate hotels whereas Leeds doesn't.
Cedar court can be cheap sometimes. It's ok. Handy for town. Wouldn't eat dinner there but breakfast is ok.
Majestic is usually a fair price but a bit urrghh
White hart is very central. Been done up a lot don't know about bedrooms though
Hotels of north Yorkshire Is my specialist subject.

Harrogate posher

In my experience, that's just a myth peddled by the local estate agents.
Chucking out time in Harrogate isn't pretty - even less so than most other towns / cities in Yorkshire.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

You must live in a different Harrogate to me! Chucking out is nothing like Leeds etc.
I live in town - it's pretty quiet.
Worst place is Asda early evening. Doesn't get much rougher than that in. Harrogate.June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving
