    well even at 6, i'd have eaten them (lego was a problem in my house!) but i still would have loved it. i also think most of my friends managed to play without eating their toys and it really was just me who did that......

    Definately fine for a six year old. My DD was bought the older version of this when she was about 4 (she's six and a half now) and I put it up because the beads kept going everywhere.. now I haven't a clue where it is! Must find it as my DD will love to play with it now.

    My daughter was given it when she was 5, she loves it. One tip though, dont drop it!

    My daughter was given it when she was 5 and it was a firm hit. I bought her a little cheap jewellery box to keep her creations in.
