Vaillant, yes, top notch. Also worcester-bosch.
I hope it all works out okay with the work. Have you tried a local building firm? They can do this sort of thing easily, and they'll get a plumber in to do the bit of plumbing, a tiler to tile, etc. It can be better/cheaper than paying a plumber to do the whole job.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Thanks GDB...I'll look into that, but this bloke is only charging £90 an hour we think, or perhaps less if it takes 2 days to do a bathroom.
I'll see if I can find someone else as you suggest. I've bee researching the Valient boilers and they seem to be reliable and good quality according to Which. We suspect that a 33Kw boiler would more than meet our needs next year. In any case, thanks again since your advice saved us about £500.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it

Valiant better than WB in recent years IMHO. WB used to be good but have started using cheeper build components.
Can't fully visualise the layout but bear in mind you do not necessarily need to have the shower at the tap end of the bath if that helps.0
