Did anyone see the giveaway of the Thrifty Ways for Modern Days Book? I entered and just got the PM saying I'm one of 75 to have the chance to win, the first 25 who write back get the book. I wrote back in about 30 seconds flat so keep everything crossed for me!!!

Morning all from a very tired LondonGirl...

Did not sleep well at all last night so feeling very groggy today. Got into work nice and early and did a little revision, 7 weeks until exam so that's another pressure on my shoulders, I failed this one before as it's written more than numbers based and I struggle to communicate my point effectively and loose too many marks... doing lots of question practise to try and nail it.

Its a week to the day that I started this diary and kickstarted my debt free journey. It's been a good week and I still feel really positive about it all. I withdrew my £70 for the week ahead this morning and today should be a DFD! Going for a run again at lunch to hopefully wake me up a bit!

    have a good one all

    Afternoon,

Just got back from the lunchtime run, was pleased to see the lunch special was only £2 today gammon with veg and pots so just scoffed that! yummy still got £6 of my allowance left so should be able to make that last the week if I remember to eat my damn toast at home!!!

Up at 5am to ride tomorrow which I'm looking forward to, so actually there's no chance of me having breakfast at home! Ah well!

Today should be good for a NSD which will make me :)

So far this month I have paid £461.53 off my debts, there is one more DD off £89.88 to go out still and if my forecast is correct I should have another £40 at the end of the month to throw at it too. So that's makes me feel a lot better. That forecast also include £40 to spend on xmas this month, through quidco I am going to do some online shopping later and be prepared for xmas for the first time in my life!

The library is closed tonight so I'm going to go tomorrow as I should have finished my book by then and pick a couple more. Tonight I'm going to stay behind at work for an hour and do some revision.

I'm still sooo sleepy! It won't be long before I sneak downstairs to get a can of coke!
