My friend got a toy story bed the other day but had to fight to get it for £8 didnt want dtd or anything but the manager had removed the SEL about 2 mins before she got to checkout (I know cos I happened to be standing in the aisle at the time) apparently woman got 3 peppa pig ones then got dtd on all 3!!! It's frustrating how Ts make the mistakes ALL the time, how come the other supermarkets get it right (most of the time??)0

It looks fancy but is actually incorrect. :rotfl:
The OP paid 70 quid in hard cash and was given back 108 so 38 quid to take them away. Easy.0 -

So much easier to understand that.
I do know how DTD works but that equation just baffled me.
I have never had an in profit DTD yet, so im more than happy with my break even DTD - for now :rotfl::TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
the toy story ones were price at £8 ish in my local (the one I'm still allowed in lol)...but there was an empty shelf yesterday....now do I dare try it in there if they've got any on Thurs/Friday??? Think I'll leave it...or trek to a store further away to be on the safe side!
Just want to say again, thanks for all your support and great suggestions! I'll help out on the field trip - I'll print store maps of all the 'glitch' locations and scannershoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
great find! Ive been looking out for the Thomas / toy story beds at Tesco cos I'd love one for my son for xmas but can't seem to find any. Which store was this?
It was at R£*ding but they swiped that SEL off like lightening!! So probably no good there again, but if other stores have the same SEL £8, well - who knows!!0 -

I can picture her still in Costa watching for the price reductions surrounded by twenty empty coffee cups0 -
just as an easy heads up...if you can see the 'original' price...and the SEL is half price or less than half price...if it goes through the till at the original price you will get the item free or with profit using DTD!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0

I bloomin wished I'd got 3 afterwards!! :rotfl:0 -
Just back from the "stake out" and it was so worth it;) At the very last T's they reduced stuff to 2p & 4p, my last carrier bag of stuff came to 22p:T:T:T Also got 2 orchids for 50p each and tons of other stuff.
Mr Whoopsie from last night was not too pleased when I went in for the kill on the whoopsie shelves, saw him circling but kept my cool until the last minute, saw the SA approach with her reducing machine BAM I was there, by the look on his face he does'nt usually have any competition:rotfl::rotfl:But he did tonight.
Qpranger and Czerchy they had loads of Plenty kitchen roll at new Y for £1.86;)
Also got an unexpected DTD on TIMOTEI shampoo, it's supposed to be £1.97 a bottle and on BOG2F, but for some reason it only discounted £1.93? So got DTD of £4.02 so was paid 4p to take away 3 bottles:T:T:T:T
Can really sympathise with the fireworks tonight and I live in a normally quiet area, they are far louder than the normal fireworks and as I drove home I couldnt believe my eyes because some people were actually letting them off in their front gardens, which is just plain daft!!:(Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0
