That's what they did for me with some phones the other week after calling the store where dtd was given and the HO. However I suspect I would be refunded more if it wasn't for the trout manager who thought it wasn't right to pay me 200gbp for nothing! :rotfl:So they only paid me 80gbp for nothing... :rotfl:(And I took it back with the original receipt where dtd was highlighted! If I took just my bank ststement the story would be totally different...)
I'm not getting myself into the right/wrong legal/illegal debate!
I called HO first to ask if I can get a refund if I changed my mind and they said yes so I don't see why should I see it as wrong when they don't?0 -
If I remember rightly Celebrate ended up sending some stuff back as she had so many perfume sets, it was quite funny to read her shenanigans on the no buying toiletries thread. I was just a lurker then and my mouth used to drop in amazement at the amounts people used to buy, and now look at me, I could open my own branch of the body shop! Most embarrassing moment was 5 Bodyshop orders arriving in one day:o
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I never used BS stuff before Grabbit became a part of my every day! And now a have a whole cupboard full of shower gels and body butters! :cool: (I' not keen on the make up tho, ordered a foundation which is totally rubbish and the pressed powder isn't great either...)
I didn't read the pharmacy sale thread otherwise I'd probably be tempted to order something...
Now I have a strong preference for free stuff and I find it hard to pay with real money... :eek: It was heartbreaking after the Price Check dtd finished! :eek:
Soo... I wonder what will mr T give away next...? :cool:0 -
Just on my way to pick up the kids and felt my ears burning!!!!

By the way, we are off to the hospital later. Any good prices on grapes?
Seriously! Are Lidl or Aldi cheaper at the mo for grapes? Mr Ts does value green uns for a quid a punnet. Might have to take a brown paper bag to repackage em!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

We still ALL smell of strawberries because of the good DTD you used to get on the strawberry comfort, still wading through it, yearning for a bit of Lenor:rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
I'm still confused,If you buy something for £10 and it should have been £5 you get £10 DTD, then if you take it back do they refund you the £5 or £10? I know I'm being dim:(
Take this advice as a base. They must refund the original price you SHOULD have paid, so £5 in your case. But, they may get it wrong and refund you more. What's more if they do not write the amount refunded on the receipt, who'se to say what the original amount should have been!I miss too many pages due to work so if you need an answer from me, please send me a PM.

I bought the £1 a punnet ones from T's and they were fine, and really sweet.
Celebrate wondered how long before you realised your name was being mentioned:rotfl:The Lloyds sale always reminds me of you;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
