caz i salute your mathematical genius-thanks and hope you feel better soon,

Thanks hon :o I'm on the mend as I've had enough energy to last the day. I had to give in at 11am yesterday and phone my mum in tears asking her & my dad to come down and help out. Ended up just lying in bed for 5 hours but it seems to have worked (well that, the antibiotics, the steroids and the inhalers).

So I'm trying to work out what glitches I now need. The following is a list of stuff I have that should last at least a year:

    Batteries
    Deodorants
Dental (toothbrushes, toothpaste & mouthwash for me & the kids)
    Soap
    Shower gel
    Shampoo
Nice facial stuff (thanks to DTD)
    *Ahem* lady things
    Toys
    Clothes
Crockery, stripy glasses, pans, mugs, steak knives, mats & coasters
    Iron, straighteners, slow cooker
Alcofrolic delights - Blue WKD, vino and beer
    Cereals
    Custard, jelly & rice
    Soup
    Heinz meals
    Beans & spaghetti
    Pasta
    Tea & coffee
    Gardening stuff
    Summer/outdoor toys
Toilet rolls, kitchen rolls & tissues (around 6 months for each but they take up too much storage space)
Nappies, pull-ups, wipes & nappy sacks
Xmas pressies for the family now all sorted

I could have done with more big batteries, some Fanta/Lilt/Sprite depending on dates, don't need any more crisps or chocolate (even my baggy trackies have tightened). Actually looking at my list I should be bloody grateful but it's been a hard 4 months since the marriage hit the rocks but I think I'm now in a good place to walk away and give a 2 finger salute :T

I know everyone must be sick to the gills with custard and jelly but just in case anyone missed the last glitch I happened to buy some of the individual tubs of Ambrosia devon custard tonite, mine are nearly done from the original glitch, however there seems to be a new glitch.

Currently the pots are on offer at 67p each, bogof, I bought 2 so on receipt it shows as Ambrosia bogof -0.67 and then underneath it there is 2 for £1 -0.34, so all in all 2 pots of custard cost me 33p each or 16.5p for one.

After checking my receipt I had to just confirm this wasn't a one off so bought 10 more and receipt shows

    Ambrosia BOGOF -3.35 and 2 for £1 -1.70

Not free but 33p per 2 tubs is not too bad. The jelly was also on offer but I couldn't face buying any more jelly!

Good glitch!!! But tonight I gave my lot pudding and thought, will I give them Chocolate custard from a carton, Custard that I make with water from a packet or a little pot of custard;) All glitched custard, custard glitches are haunting me:rotfl::rotfl:
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Just this minute found out as I have had to own up to having a bit of accident with a bottle of Sprite as the car mat is sat in a bowl in the porch. His words "the ones I told you we didn't need!" :o

It's actually a good job that I didn't put them in boot as still have sleeping bags and windbreak in it from Ts of course. ;)

As for my driving it's just that quite a few people use our road as a short cut and drive through at speed and won't stop for anyone, I was driving slowly but already passing the idiot that parks on the bend and the other car did not stop. Most that live in our road know to take it easy round the bend and it was a good job I was as things could have been a lot worse. Don't think I would have wanted to explain a bumped car.

DH just does not get the glitching, although her does enjoy it when wine is on offer. :)

I too laughed at SirBrainys driving comment thought I was laughing with you not at you Tinyshoes!!

So speaking of shopping, I had a conundrum when the ex brought back the MPV I didn't particularly want when he went to the car auction (I wanted a simple Mondeo or Volvo but no, I get the mahoosive MPV that costs a fortune to run but I digress). During DTD I got a bottle of gin for my dad which as soon as the boot door opened, fell and smashed on the ground. Had it been wine I may have gotten down and licked the drive clean but gin is rotten. The problem is the MPV doesn't have a lip on the boot floor so going around roundabouts/corners or simply justputting my foot on the heavy pedal makes stuff move around.

Now Ts do a nice foldable crate (sky blue & black in colour) that is handy to keep in the boot. You can easily fit 24 soups in one level though it's quite heavy but that gives you an idea of size. I'd reckon you could get 2 maybe 3 levels of soup in before you go over the rim. I put all the heavy/breakable stuff in the boxes then stack the lighter stuff on top. These were last seen at £2 and 342 though previoulsy they were £3 and 342. I have a few (approx 40) for storage in the attic & spare room plus 2 permanently in the car which on a rainy day is a godsend as I can grab and run without faffing for bag handles and worrying if the bag will give.

I don't need any but just for funsies, is it our usual Extra doing that? Oh and have you tried the new Extra in @rds yet? Me & the kiddos have been too ill to get out but I'm dying to know if they have scanners. I did manage a couple of glitches/DTDs in the old store without a scanner but the thought of shiny new scanners and new and thus far unknown to me trouts is killing me!
