This isn't a misprice or grabbit so feel free to tell me where to go, but I thought you lot are such experienced Tesco shoppers someone might be able to help.
Have any of you bought a mattress from Tesco direct, and if so was it any good?
Many thanks!0 -

Can someone give me some advice please. Been to tesco bill!nth@m today the backugan are priced at £20 sel and £12.50 sel going through till at 40 and 20 though. When we complained at customer services they basically said night staff had stocked wrong and tough. Can they do this or should they sell at the sel price. Didn't want to argue as hubby was there dying of embarrassment. Thanks any help would be great0

they should give you DTD.
i.e. for the £20/£40 item, you should have got that for free and for the £12.50/£20 item, you should have got that for £5.
they told you a load of cobblers.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

that is clearly mispriced by the sounds of it if the product is on the shelf at that price then thats the price you should pay, you should be able to get DTD if they arent willing to move on that fact try phoning customer sevices0 -

If hubby is dying of embarrassment when you standing your ground at CS to get the DTD you are entitled to, send him to the car.He will be quite happy when you come out with an item for free, plus cash in your hand in some cases!!!!
