    Thank you for this!!! Just picked one up in tesco for £149.00 from £399. Guy on electricals said they never sell any lol. I said I think you will now. Also asked for hairdryers and was told that she didn't know what I meant. When I mentioned I heard her and a collegue talking about the cheap ones they got the other day, she said oh yes, that was a one off thing:rotfl:

    Last day for free fish n chip meal at BHS. No other purchase required but I would buy a cuppa out of sheer decency;

    The crisps are £1.74 a packet or 2 for £2. The till takes off £1.48 twice. So end cost is 52p for both packets. If you play the walkers sensations game on facebook you can get free bag coupons or 50p off coupons.You can use 2 coupons for 2 bags and you will be paid to take the crisps away. All flavours work though I'm not so keen on the barbecue flavour. HTH.

    I just bought 2 bags of sensations crisps chilli and vinegar ones from my rotherham tesco and I got them on BOGOF and then they also took off the £1.48 so only cost 26p for 2 bags

    Good Morning to the elite 11 buddies..... hope I can join the '+ club' even though i'm not able to be here that much being a single mum and carer for my own mum. It's here that I mainly post when I do get the chance, that sticky thread seems a strange place, and just doesn't have the freindly feel of this one! :D

    Caz.... I hope you don't feel too rough with the lurgy, I was very rough with a flu type one last week. Had a really bad 2 days in the middle of the week, but thankfully much better now. Did managed to drag myself to Mr T's saturday, got the cooking chocolate I mentioned in a post yesterday, and a couple of other items but all from the previously posted 'list' so nothing else new to add from here. Not easy to find new cheapo's with no SS, usually wait till one of the 'lads' is manning the electrical/collection desk for price checks, they don't seem to be quite so 'troutish' lol. One of them hardly battered an eye lid when he scanned a bed guard for me at 60p! Ideal gift for my friends grandson. :j Have to also thank Mr A for yesterdays glitch though, 5 mins from me, rather than the 5 miles for Mr T. Another 10 corner and rice yogurts crammed in my tiny fridge, and I thought I did well last week with Mr T giving £1 off £3 yogurts, when I got 10 for £2. Just wish I had a bigger fridge!

    Happy glitch hunting folks..... I must hold myself back from going again though....... unless there's a biggy of course.... :D

    BTW, Eileenb, is that you and your daughter 'T.....i' in my neck of the woods, I'm mainly Blu B()ar and sometimes Ippy Rd? :beer:

    yes T..i is my daughter :D and I do believe we share the same store in BB lane

    I have been reading alot of peoples views on the fact that T's employees are getting all the bargains, as an ex T's employee I will tell you it was a sackable offense to put anything by. Although I am all for the staff getting the bargains as well perhaps T's should review their policy. If they put a percentage of the reduced stock aside for the staff to buy then staff and customers will both have a chance of getting a bargain. Rant over sorry.

    :wave: Eileen, I have had a little luck.... just pester them lads at the Electrical desk :rotfl:.... last week I took about 12 items in one lot, I only ended up with one bargain from that load, but about 4 'good ones' in the entire shop, and some from about a week before, so not giving up hope here. After they scanned the moon dough they soon sent a few staff scarpering round to get what they wanted! (ie, shelves were cleared!) I noticed the other day they still had a few of the 2 person girly tents in pink and orange, I got one for neice with the last matching sleeping bag, loads cheaper than the SEL if you know anyone who may be interested. Have a few chrimbo pressies sorted, yay! Wouldn't it be nice to have a better stocked store though! ;)
