just phoned and spoken to someone, and my order hasnt even been recognised even though i got an email confirmation. they have no record what soever of my order, or even my email address that they sent my confirmation to!!! :mad:

i was asked if i wanted to re place my order and iam not sure i want to!!

It would appear that some users have used the code fraudulently.
Please refer to the site rules for further guidance. For example 70+ orders using the same code is clearly wrong.

well, ive just phoned them, and they were happy to accept the code, but what i wanted was out of stock.

Only just seen this so I've ordered some items for my daughter as a treat. Not bad prices anyway so very pleased. Disney T-Shirts for less than £6!

I had ordered twice, once for me, once for hubby. I was supposed to receive items last Tuesday but no show. I emailed, despite having no customer number or order number. Hubbys order is OK and should 'be with me shortly' my order is invisible and so I have ordered again. Fingers crossed.

as stated b4, i used to work for them, the mailing reference number is a temporary customer number that brings up the recipients details & gets changed to a permanent customer reference number once the order is placed. if you all used this it would have been overridden but it would have been obvious it was not sent to you & u r lucky they accepted your orders. however, since i left so has nearly everyone else i worked with & the new staff don't seem to know what they are doing (i have had problems with la redoute since, no trace of details or order but took money from card, took 3 copies of statement to get money back etc.). just be aware that if you do speak to an experienced member of staff your order may be cancelled & you could be banned from the whole company & accused of fraudulent shopping - is it really worth it to save £10? hope u all get your stuff anyway!
