Help. I am either being a bit thick (v.likely) or the site is going round in circles (not likely).

I have put an item in my basket for 11.99 and I have input all the codes and it asked me for my jacket size, then it asks for my credit card, should I put this in? If I click on new customer it just asks for my email and goes around in a circle?

Or do I have to order less than a tenner?

Sorted. Have re-read the thread and got to stage where cc details are put in. Pushed enter and waited for page to come up saying 98p to pay. Fantastic, got my son a penny arcade game from 11.99 to 7.99 with batteries 2.99 for pricely sum of 98p. Oh and the free jacket, but my dog needs a new bed cover.

i have just placed an order using these codes. could anyone tell me if they should have given me any order reference number, cause i didnt also didnt get any email confirmation...i paid by card i didnt set up an account.

just got a page saying thank you for your order, it should be with you by tuesday thanks

OOps I ordered lots im my name on my card - but if i tried to do that with any othr catalogue company they would sya (on screen) you already have an account - did I do the ordering bit wrong or will they try and charge my card - even though all the charges came up as £0.00???

up till last year i worked for redcats (empire, la redoute, vertbaudet, daxon) so can give u some inside info. the free gifts are usually rubbish except on vertbaudet. when i was there they were updating the system so they can see exactly what codes r sent to which customers. it is too expensive to set the system to auto reject used b4 codes, or ones not sent to u, but if customer care notice u have used them more than once, or wasn't sent to u, they can add the money back on the account as it always says codes to be used once. hope this all makes sense & good luck but be careful - if they notice u using them incorrectly they can ban u & it may affect yr credit rating (not sure but is it worth the risk?)

also they can check for duplicate accounts & if a lot at similar addresses eg flat 1,2,3 etc at same house u may get flagged as possible fraud so i would be very wary of doing that! especially if all orders on there are hugely discounted!

has anyone recieved their latest orders yet? i got the confirmation email last week, but no sign of the order, or any ohter email saying about dispatching anything.

iam starting to think it wont be honoured, i ordered a fryer for 12.99, but with the codes the total was 2.99.
