how can you check the status of the order?or cant you?
i tried to login and check but it asked for a cust ref number which i havent been sent..i have confirmation emails etc..but none has a customer code..
also how long has it took for other peoples orders to arrive?

Don't think you can check on your first order as you get your customer ref number with your first order...daft isn't it!!

Having looked at this thread a while back, I decided to order a food steamer and recieved it today (after 2 weeks of waiting) and to my shock when I opened the steamer I ordered I found it was a return thrown back into the box covered in dust and old food, in fact it was absolute filthy! Not a very good way to introduce new customers empire.

i am so cross...i got a letter today saying thankyou for your order but you failed our credit check...i never agreed to a credit check! and the last thing i need is another failed credit application on my file....
my order was £0 when i went to checkout after applying the discounts...so why havent they honoured the order...grrrrrrrrrrr

it's a weekly payment catalogue, you have to be credit checked to be allowed a catalogue account with them. these codes for account holders only i think?

They delivered my Love Actually DVD for 99p to the wrong address! The kind people trekked half way across town to put it in my letterbox...

Having said that a DVD for 99p (just paid for it) isn't bad.

scary that they can view 'our shopping habits'
one reason why i prefer to pay by cash wherever possible....and as for the oyster card...pff...i dont want london council knowing where i go and at what time...
