Cat the Kennel club lists red as liver lips/noses, rather than black, his Mam is grey & his Dad was red so I'm not quite sure what colour he'll become but currently he's known as the 'ginger one'. Oh I agree he's lovely :) hoping to go to see him Monday again they've grown loads going off my friends photo of his brother. Then we collect him Friday hopefully :D so yep I will be poop picking pigpen :)

Not accomplished lots but I am getting there, I did have a day out with a friend today which was nice, di some shopping but also organized some more of the boys clothes etc. They put their own shirt away tonight which is progress.

Tomorrow planning on visiting a friend & their children but I also plan to - clea the kitchen out! A big job I shall tackle day time or evening depending if I go out. Kitchen will be little poopy's bedroom for his first few weeks until he's toilet trained so needs doing.

Pigpen/others with animals I need worming pills etc which website did the branded stuff cheapest? Ta x

Pleased little one I doing well vanilla :)

I find they vary depending on the weather.. vetuk and petmeds are the ones I use most.

Application for DD3s high school done.. I will ring and see when the open evenings are and get KH to take her if possible..

DS3s blood sugars are a lot lower this evening (15 as opposed o the 31 it was earlier!) .. lets hope it continues to drop as it is still very high!!! He just wants to eat constantly after loosing loads of weight really quickly.

I may go forage some ice cream... I am boiling.... though I may just go to bed to avoid eating unecessarily!

I finally got buttons for Squeaks red cardy so I can get that finished tomorrow :D

Thanks pigpen I'll try both :) diabetes is tricky, kids here tend to (according to NHS) start having issues around puberty, with diet, hormones etc all being a fuffle they're looking to do a 'befriending'/'mentor service' of older teens/young adults who're managing their diabetes well. I must o DS2s application you've just reminded me!

So much to o bu I'm shattered o think I'll pop off to bed after a mooch around online

He is 12.. 13 in March.. but not very grown up.. claims he cant tell the time which makes timing snacks/meals/bloods/injections very difficult... He refuses to eat anything except cheese sandwiches which also makes things tricky.. this is going to be a big wake up call for him... and a lot of work for me no doubt.. he could have waited until I was back on my feet from having Dot... ratbag that he is! They have a buddy system thing in place here where they partner up children in the same school so they can support each other.. not sure how it works though... there are a few support groups and counselling services I am unsure whether to join him up for.. apparently the hospital has a psychologist working purely with diabetic children and their parents.. cant see why I would need it.. it isnt my fault he has a wonky immune system!

Right.. bed for me anyhoo... OH can clean Dots derriere and bring her up when she wakes.. :D

    Morning All

I didn't go out out with my mate yesterday and I didn't finish the conservatory. I stopped just before teatime with toothache and a headache and never moved off the chair again until I went to bed. Need to go and finish it now - hopefully it won't take more than an hour. WE're going for a wander around the carboot this morning and then out for lunch so not sure I'll get much more than that done today although I'll probably have to do some ironing. I've already put washing on the line and another load in the WM so I'll be able to get at least another load in before we go out. Tomorrow I'm going to the dentist thank goodness and then Tuesday i start my new job so I haven't got much time.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

:DSounds like DH. He would eat them 3 times a day. I started sneaking in lettuce and salad cream. Then reduced cheese and brought in cucumber/tomato. Then :eek:ham, or :eek:chicken. OK I have to make them or he reverts, but it might be a start. I find mayo/salad cream/chutney adds a lot of flavour with very little.

  • Good morning :D

I think I may get up  and walk the dog in the sunshine before it gets too hot for him (he needs a haircut!) That will clear a few cobwebs!

Then, maybe, I will be ready to tackle the day. The kids are asleep in the LR, so I will have to clear them out first :D

    OK - up I get!

Hugs & spoons to those that need them :)
