Lil_me.. he is most adorable :D Enjoy your poo-picking :p

Jojo.. yes please... the house is a skip and I just cant get enough sleep between feeding and Squeak getting up and having to catch up on housey things :(

Nap was 20 minutes at 8pm after DS1 went home afer mortifying himself he tried showing me a pic of Jacob tilted his phone and showed me a pic of his genitalia standing to attention.. of course he will NEVER live that one down!

Pathfinders made DS3s day, he wasnt allowed to go having just got home from hospital and all but they made him a card and all signed it and popped it through the letterbox after the group.. :D

He is in a stress about his before breakfast injection.... so I told him if he gets confused to just come get me out of bed .. I just want to sleep!!!!!!!!!

I have caught up on laundry.. it is all folded! and the older ones have put theirs away :D

I am going to try taking DD2 for her new school shoes tomorrow if my back and hips can handle it.. and I need to pick up DS2s needles from PO seeing as the bone idle postie didnt even bother ringing the doorbell and just carded us.. gggrrrr.... I WILL be complaining.. and about my regular postie who folded the bounty pics of Dot in half and creased £80 worth of photos!!!   ...

I have a pile of notes of people to ring/request stuff/chase on Monday in between registering Dot and the MW coming!

I am hoping to give Dot her very first bath this weekend too.. with being constantly in hospital with everyone she hasnt had a bath yet :(

I am so unbelievably hot tonight.. not sure if it is the infection from having Dot or if it is actually just really hot! Either way.. I think I am going to melt!! lol

I may sneak my knitting out while Dot is asleep...

  • Good evening :D

Well, that was a busy day! Thank goodness that is over :T

After all the children went home I swept the patio. They have been playing outside most of the afternoon, mainly with chalks. There were chalk drawings on the paving slabs, and lots of bits of chalk trodden underfoot :( Combine that with dead fuschias, sawdust & a seriously moulting rabbit, and you can imagine the mess. All toys are back in the summerhouse, so normality can return for the weekend :j I also cleaned the patio table (black glass & very chalky!). I then half-hoovered downstairs before going with DH to walk the dog before it got dark. Left DS to finish the hoovering, & DD2 to sweep the kitchen. I think DS may have hosed the patio, but it is too dark to check :T

Pizza take away for dinner :) DW emptied & restacked.

DH is working again this weekend :( they still have people off following last weeks pizza food poisoning episode

Ok. i think I am going to go to bed now, as I am shattered.

Valli - thanks for the link - made me & DS laugh :rotfl:They have valued my cat at £1.91 - may have to give this some thought, 'cos I didn't think i would get that much for her!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Vanilla - big hugs & lots of coping vibes heading your way :)

    im in a quandry.

DS1 has a cold and a sore throat but he is a major drama queen. a broken nail warrants a week of mourning with him and i have a wedding today, hotel booked and non-refundable and they are meant to be staying at my mums.

once before i went out leaving the kids at my mums overnight and DS1 developed a fever overnight and even though my folks knew where i was, the name of the place and had numbers for people i was with, i never got a phone signal and didnt know about any of it till the morning but i got a right dressing down about it! it wasnt till i pointed out that they could easily have called the pub to get hold of me if he was that ill but they didnt.

now do i go and leave him with my parents (who have said that he will be fine not to worry about him) with calpol and the like (he doesnt have a fever) and trust that they wont go off on one if he does develop a fever when im away or do i cancel everything and let people down (im the des driver to the wedding and hotel is booked for 4 of us through me) when i know he is really fine just got a bit of a cold and looks fine?

he is wandering round quite happy eating no problem at all and talking fine but when he thinks he is not getting enough attention (like a typical male) pushes out tears!

Adamantine, I would go. Otherwise he has won, and will be a right pain for his future wife. I blame my MIL for my DHs complete inability to cope with man flu :D

Lots to do today, trying to finish off the last bits of the new bedroom so we can shift both small boys over and then make a start on thier old bedroom. Sounds so simple when you say it like that!

well i best go do yesterdays dishes, last nights spray tan prevented any water-related flying lol.

A pinch and a punch for the first of the month

    Go seize the day flyladies!

One curtain (never washed in 15 years) in the washer so fingers crossed.

Time to wake the grumpy one, have a shower and commence operation loft insulation.

    Good morning everyone! :j

I have a feeling today is going to be a good day :D I'm feeling happy and I think BD is taking the day off.

I'm not exactly folllowing the lists, I'm just doing what I know needs doing.
I was amazingly up early today despite being woken up at 2.45 this morning by drunken texts from the boyfriendish who seemed to miss my company :o:)

Jobs for today, hopefully to be done before DD2 has drumming at 3pm

[STRIKE]WM on[/STRIKE] DD2's dad came yesterday and put new washing line up :j
    DW on
    Change cat litter
    Flea spray 5 cats
    Strip beds
Get DD's to put up their carp from front room
Get DD's to do their room :eek:
DD1 to clean inside of windows
DD2 to hoover their room, halls and stairs (she likes this job)
Bag up hedge cuttings - DD2's dad also cut front hedge yesterday. Didn't have chance to do back hedge due to being offered extra paid work :rotfl: so says he'll be back next week to do it :)
Work out our household budget  when I'm down it tends to go out the window :( and I know I've spent a lot and neglected some bills :o:o

WM has finished while I'm typing so I'll finish my coffee, wake the DDs to see if they have any more "darks" to do then reload the WM. Oh and I best get dressed lol

Love, Hugs and Spoons to all, I'll be back later . . .
