    I've wondered about that harpic powder ad, maybe you can help Miss Muppet.....

    how do toilet bowls get rust stains? :confused:

    I can understand limescale and, erm well to put it politely 'organic' stains, but where does the rust come from??

    Mmmm not sure but there was definitely rust there... The vinegar worked, although it's taken most of the afternoon for the streak to disappear and there's still a faint mark. But, it's saved me buying the Harpic, so that's a bonus... :)
