Hi, Do I still need an antivirus software on the wireless pc?
I have mcafee downstairs and nothing upstairs at the mo as I only got it going today but it is going through a WEP protected router and its firewalled?

Yes you need an anti-virus program on both of your PC's. A firewall will not protect against viruses. Is there a good reason that you are using WEP encryption on your wireless, rather than the more secure WPA-PSK?:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Sorry it is wpa my brain is shutting down now took me so long to get it running properly.
I have a norton antivirus disc with 3 months left on it so I may as well use that up stairs for now.
