I noticed the other day that all of mine are for the moment on 5 for the last 3 months. So I keep taking a look at them as I'm sure that won't last.
I was so chuffed to see the 5* especially as my expanded dashboard had been showing 4.96 for a while and I thought it should be rounded up to 5.
Only lasted about 10 days though before it went down to 4.9 and has stuck their since.
Well done on your 5s though, I rarely see any sellers on a 5* now in any category apart from the P and P if they are free postage.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Unfortunately it is only on the 3 month one, so I don't think anyone else can see it, but I do like to look at it for myself.
It will no doubt be very brief, my 12 month is all 4.9 except despatch which is 4.8 showing as 4.87 so I would have thought it should be rounded to 4.9 but hey ho, that's ebay.
I always post same or next day, that one seems to the hardest one, if only we could post prior to the auction end.0 -
They're not. I send same day if its post and they buy before 3pm
you only post same day up until 3pm. why not 4pm? 5pm? surely you can get to the post office for last post if i bought at 5pm? you have your reasons why you cut off by 3pm. i have my reasons why i list with a minimum of 2 working day dispatch.0 -
actually for my circumstances, they are tight thanks.

Mine is simple. I'm a business and have to process the sales so 3pm is the cutoff because it gives me the time to process them. However if someone orders after that, as long as I have the time to do it and still make it to the post box, I'll post it. However if I don't have the time I won't kill myself trying and it'll be posted the next day which is still within 24hrs of them ordering, not 2 days later. And it is sent 1st Class/24hr Courier so its there the next day or the one after that at worst, not up to 7 working days later.
You may have your reasons why you take 2 days to get around to doing it but buyers simply don't care and will give you low stars regardless of what your listings state. And as a buyer, I'm pretty narked when I buy something from the UK on Wednesday and it doesn't turn up until the following Thursday because someone posts like you do. In the meantime, the chargers I've ordered from China and the amateur radio equipment I ordered from the USA on the same day I bought from you has already been sitting here a day before yours turns up.....0 -

that is like saying the item arrives. it is 100% as described and how you expected it to be because the listing description and the item match. but you are still 'narked'.
or am i misunderstanding what you mean by 'narked'?0
