Am gonna be lookin at local Halfords for the aerial to help get a signal in the house (useful for planning journeys).
Already tried my nearest but they had nothing at all, full price or otherwise.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

This is the port on my Holux GPS it is a pretty standard type of port
The port and a side on view of the connector on the aerial
the connector again
What your looking for, they were under the navigation system display cases in both the shops I went to.
The Garmin i3 looks like it has a port of some kind on the left of the unit, take it with you the packs are unsealed so you can open it and try it. it uses a miniMCX connection. and the Navman ICN530 has the same port as the Pin570 so it should fit. it just snaps in to place.0 -
Works fine on the PiN 570I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

Brilliant :j
Thanks to mgk for the find & thanks to little john for replying saying it should fits the Navman ICN530.
Went down to Halfords Kittybrewster Aberdeen & bought 2 ( 1 for a spare ) ( 3 left on rack if anyone else interested, ( 2pm )
Tried at home, fitted well. Tried inside house & picks up a signal no bother with the GPS antenna ( did not pick up signal inside house before without it )
Just a heads up re proper external GPS antenna for the Navman. It is still £29.99 in Halfords.
So a brill find & a fantastic bargain. Well done. :TEveryone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -
got two as well - thought it didnt work with the 510 - but it fits onto the antenna!!
