My guaranteed overdraft was £4000 before system change. I asked for a £100 on a new bank of scotland classic and was refused??0

If you have the above od's which are in your signature, they may think you are over exposedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I have always had £1000 overdraft with my Halifax and Bank of scotland accounts for over 3 years. My guaranteed overdraft has been £4000 for over one year.
Lloyds do not report overdraft amounts to CRA's.0 -

Each month i have checked my overdraft using 9999 process online and my guaranteed overdraft has always been £4000.0 -
I think Whitewater was referring to the fact you said Lloyds don't report overdraft amounts to the CRAs.

Guaranteed is only guaranteed for the account you are checking. Opening a new account (as you did) may result in a different overdraft maximum being allowed.0

That's weird - perhaps it depends which CRA you look at.
