Just as the thread title suggests - any particular positives or negatives to come out of the "upgrade" for you?
I dislike the loss of payee detail.
I dislike the loss of access to "guaranteed" overdraft figure.
I do like the text balance service, and
I do like quick transfer option (without having to enter password each time).
Your thoughts welcome.

I also dislike the removal of the guaranteed overdraft figure, I also don't like the fact that my offers section has disappeared, and that my credit card transactions are upside down. On the positive side though, faster payments seems a lot better, and the main page looks a lot tidier. Still seems to be a few buttons that don't work thoughDebt free and staying that way! :beer:0

the payee detail is back as of this morning.
the guaranteed overdraft wasnt working well
the quick pay will still work for your own accounts but for 3rd party accounts it was removed for security reasons (few too many cases of people leaving themselves logged in at computers that werent there's )
I assure you for staff its been alot more stressful than it has for customers0 -
Well I've just logged in, and its gone all weird! On my statement page on my current account there is a huge list of abbreviations, and all the contact and help information at the side has expanded all the way down the page, with no way to hide it. Very bizarre!Debt free and staying that way! :beer:0

I love it and my extra £50! :-)0

Whitewater - I just checked again and I don't have payee descriptions, just account details.
I'm sure it has been hard going for staff.

On the whole, I prefer the changes. It's quite intuitive and feels like an improvement, despite the odd niggle. If I was one of the few who seemed to have accounts missing etc I don't doubt I'd offer a different view.I'm sure it has been hard going for staff.
Simple requests like changing an address, or cancelling a direct debit take longer, partly because staff haven't used that system before and partly because the systems are (apparently) a decade behind what has been switched off. Some accounts have been deliberately left behind becasue the Lloyds TSB system wasn't set up to cope with them. Moving funds from old account to new account used to take seconds, now it's a long winded approach.
15 years ago Halifax bought an appointment booking system off Lloyds TSB. A few years later they scrapped it because it was horrible. Guess what - I'm reliably told it's back and so are the 1.30am appointments it books!
I assume the call centre staff have it equally tough.
It will settle down as staff get used to things. But I'm glad I'm not in there to experience it!assj - £50?0 -
Received paper statement for one of my Reward current accounts. The serial number of the statement has wound back by about 50 but the actual balance brought forward and transactions are OK. Suppose I can live with that.0

Jen245, I dont have a credit card account so can't promise the following will work but it's worth a try. On the normal bank account if you go into full statement view rather than mini statement view there is a green triangle next to the date word at the top, if you click this it will change the view eg you can view it with oldest transactions at the top or newest ones. Hope this works for you on your credit card account view.MFW Start Date 1.4.08. Updated 23.1.18. MFW date 1.8.18
Original Mortgage o/s £187,643 / £71,904 (-115,739)

Thanks for that, did the trick :TDebt free and staying that way! :beer:0
