hold on I'll just check the database
how the .... could i answer that?
do i know their shift pattern, job or whatever?
so one person is your reason for making that statement?
why would that have an effect on the delivery times changing for mail?
its a simple question from a statement you made

    OP you could try this:

The next time you are away from your general home area post a letter to yourself. Better still post more than one from several places. Make the letters look as businesslike as possible - ie not handwritten, birthday cards, etc. Or ask family members/friends to post something to you.

Wait for them to arrive - if they take a long time send in a written complaint detailing the test you have done and request that it is investigated. Not absolutely certain but I think this sort of test is used by consumer organisations to assess the efficiency of postal services.

Where I live delivery is not the issue - it's the collection time on the local postboxes - how can 1st class post collected once per day at 5pm get from East Anglia to a large village in Yorkshire by next morning? In 20 years it never has - makes sending birthday cards a bit of a lottery.

  • We have lived here for 25 yrs and the mail has always come at lunchtime, being in the sticks we have only had the one delivery, nothing wrong with that.

    right and your point
how does that nationally change the time mail is delivered
if people are working on the side now as you state
    then surely thats spanish practices
so why would the times change as you stated
let me know which but you are struggling with

Because RM employees have agree to work certain contracted hours....with an agreed exception..care to share that?
