"When I sold up in the UK in 2006 I sold a 4 bed detatched for £250k 50 miles from London. That same house sold last year for 233k. When similar houses are selling for 175k I will buy back into the UK market. That time is fast approaching".
I think he is a tad optimistic.

If you absolutely insist on highlighting other peoples "mistakes" as you see them, to make yourself feel better and justify your own decisions - Just make one thread and post all your HPC links in there. Use this one instead of littering the main forum.
Better still, make yourself your own blog which you can post this inane drivel on.0 -
Pimpernel - please stop posting drivel from HPC.
I'm not a member there and have no desire to be. If I want to read their posts I know how to find it.
I used to think geneer's repetitive inane rebuttals were the most boring thing in this forum. I was wrong. It's your constant highlighting of HPC stuff.0 -

Hmmm. This is what you posted earlier.Graham_Devon wrote: »Quit this bitterness. What is your hangup today? You are like a lost puppy looking for anything which you can somehow create bad feeling. If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

Yes and? Do you have a point?
You trying to tell me I'm bitter because Pimpernel posts links to HPC?
Righty-o. This is all about yourselves. Look at you both. Look at your signatures. It's one big obsession which you choose to litter our forum with. And it's nothing to do with this forum.0 -

Well he did buy two BTL flats mre months from peak, so he does have a lot of baggage to justify.
Similar to Heathcote and Hamish.
I'm guessing pimps interested because he's a STR himself now.
Though of course he waiting until after the crash to get rid of it.
Probably shouldn't have been spending all his time on internet forums rabbiting on about "timing" eh.0 -

Noooooooooooooooooooooo! you no longer love me the most!
No matter. I'll still have those astonishingly regular shout outs from the good old days to remember you by.
BTW, a smarter man, a man with an understanding of cause and effect, might find the repetative inane attacks more annoying.
But youre too busy making them for introspection I guess.0 -

I somehow think your attitude would be different if the guy was actually lucky in his gamble to sell his house and hope to jump back on after taking a healthy profit. What I am saying is those that STRd back in 2002 to 2006 might not have made the good decision they thought at the time and trying to prove they are right now is pretty funny.
Contrary to what Geneer says I am not a STR.0 -
