I'd suggest Lloyds TSB classic account.

It's not 'fishy', it's fact.

Although an option there's a fair chance anyone being declined for an Select Account would be declined for a full account elsewhere.

I have the Step account what options do i have have!. I',m not looking for the select silver fee paying account. Do i upgrade or open new account.. Do i go into branch or do it online.

How the times have changed back in the day you always used to have to do a new app for upgrades from non scored accounts.

If you don't want Select Silver you need to apply for a new account. You can do it online or in branch.

Do you not read my posts? -.- lol

Be careful though if doing it on Back Office. The little issue I've mentioned before about PAL screens, and not being able to upgrade/open a new account if they don't pre-assess for it, may apply.
