I've found their website really tricky to navigate. Do they have phone advisors?

Prague is on my list to do along with a million other places, It's a place I think I'd like to be whisk away too or go with someone to share the history etc.... Asia wow theres a thought as mention before I've worked out as i'm very lucky and work 9-5, mon-fri work closes for xmas so no hol days needed I can take off 22nd Dec to 9th Dec off! returning to work 10th Jan my gosh thats a long holiday... so that maybe do able only thing I'm worried about is being a single female traveller... any one got any suggestions of hotels etc etc?

I have looked into doing the trans siberian railway trip but works out to expensive with not enough time to save up, Will do this in the summer though as Glasto isn't on this year...
