Isnt she rude!!!!! She may be happy to fill the world with 'time saving chemicals' but im not!!!!! Maybe if she was a bit more thrifty she wouldnt have so many debts!!!!
I bet my house is a lot cleaner/tidier and nicer smelling than hers too!!! Home cooking, natural cleaning smells - better than a processed meal in the mircrowave and a different chemical smell in every room any day!!!!
Her article is here http://money.independent.co.uk/personal_finance/invest_save/article2146390.ece0 -
She really doesn't get it, does she?Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

That woman!!!!!!!!!!! SO overrated IMHO. Exactly WHY does she get SO much work? Have always thought that she is !!!!!! but its virtully impossible to open the Sunday Times without seeing something written by her!!Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.
And when no hope was left inside on that starry starry night.

I think you have to accept that some people just aren't OS. We're not all the same, we don't all have the same priorities, and wouldn't life be dull if we did?******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

Who is this woman ? I've never heard of her ? Mind you I've never heard of any one on celebrity big brother ('cept Leo Sayer)0

Did she even read it? Doesnt seem a very in-depth review to me. The top half came from the press release and the bottom half she stuck a pin in a few pages surely for half a dozen random tips, with a middle bit criticising a completely different website. The early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0

OK ,just googled her - stupid bint (her, not me
) I thought I remembered her name as an arts correspondent, thought it must be a different person. I really must keep up with the media, but hey, I'd rather be making chicken stock;)

I think she's just jealous that she didn't think of this stuff to clear her £50K debt, that way she could afford a bit more over-priced hand cream! (at £12 a tube you can see how she's in debt!)Post Natal Depression is the worst part of giving birth:p
In England we have Mothering Sunday & Father Christmas, Mothers day & Santa Clause are American merchandising tricks:mad: Demonstrate pride in your heirtage by getting it right please people!0 -
How VERY DARE she! I love OS, if it means doing a bit for the environment and saving me some pennies then whats not to like!0

well i read all the threads and this woman's drivvle (sp?) and come to the conclusion that shes barking..... ok im not the worlds best OSer (i do try though) and i don't post on OS much but i'm with you lot on this one, totally unfair on those who need to budget to get through daily life and those who simply want a simpler life
P.S can anyone point me to the thread which relates to the coathangers...........
quote from article " Or saving offcuts of wood from making shelves (when? how?) and turning them into coat hangers. When you can buy a whole bundle from Ikea for about 30p." ?????????????????????mustn't grumble :cool:0
