Looking for some advice :) My Daughter bought a desktop pc today. It has one of the small towers so she asked the sales assistant if the graphics card was easily upgradable as she wants to use it for gaming. He said yes, that it wouldn't be a problem. Since she has got it home she has found out it's not upgradable. So now…

100% Correct, but, unfortunately, good luck proving it! I have noticed that it is not just to consumers that sales people are willing to promise the earth so long as it is verbally!
