The witch hunt on here regarding another member is disgraceful and hopefully MSE will deal with the offending members.
Yes it would be nice if MSE dealt with those who keep calling other posters paranoid, without any basis to do so.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

But also rather irrelavent, considering the fact atos reports are not given as much weight with dla.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

Wont do you much good.
Its your word, and the word of a friend or relative, against the 'professional doctor' or 'nurse'.

cit k im appauled by how aggressive you are being towards the atos person, and if i was a mod you would have been locked out the thread by now.
your aggression and ranting will spoil things for anyone asking reasonable questions because who is going to answer when being spoken to in that manner?
Its hardly agressive behaviour to ask fair questions.
I take it these were DLA medicals?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

Assume you are going to be treated fairly, explain your case as well as you can, with evidence and try not to worry too much (I know that can be difficult sometimes).0 -
DLA is a completely different beast to what most people complain about, IB and ESA.
With DLA, the atos report is given less weight than the claimaints own evidence, and evidence from other parties.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
Perhaps you should keep up with the news, and how often atos has been getting sites closed down.
Its not paranoia, its fact.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -

To respond on a case by case basis is Data protection Breach. they can only answer questions like, when was ATOS set up, where does ATOS operate. They cant even answer on general medical grounds in case someone sues them for wrong info...
RE: Censorship/Website TKO's/ATOS's presence on forums...
i'll let ATOS explain how it works to you...
More Complaints, less money.... Less Complaints, more money.
RE: Working practises....
If you seriously have a problem with ATOS and their working practices, report it to your local MP, after all ATOS is DWP is Government.
Tip for ATOS:
"ATOS Help lines for clinicians
Please do not give these numbers to patients"
Erm, dont post them on a publically viewable, government owned website then!0
