I always use paypal but they take ages.0

contact your seller first.
eBay INR would be my choice every time0 -
As has been said. Always always seller first.
Then if you cannot resolve, I would personally use a PP dispute. They have strict timelines and less ambiguity.0 -

Contacted seller yesterday and they told me they sent it out on 13th sept, should have received by now ??.0 -
Possibly - I bought an item on the same day and the estimated date which I can start a claim through eBay is the 26th. This suits me fine as I'm away for the week at our second home and won't see whether the item has actually got there or not, though my seller is doing a passable impression of a brick wall: no response 48 hours after I emailed her politely asking at least whether it has been sent, so am wondering how to phrase a second email.iwant2savemoney wrote: »Contacted seller yesterday and they told me they sent it out on 13th sept, should have received by now ??.
If you feel they are not looking to be helpful then yes, open a dispute."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

How big is the package? If its too big for your letterbox it might be at your local RM delivery office. A LOT of posties are not bothering to leave attempted delivery cards now. Whenever I get a buyer report an INR, I contact their local delivery office to see if its there - you would be surprised how many actually are. Then when informing the buyer where it is, they have all said they were not left a card by postie!!0

Just don't expect either paypal or ebay to be in any hurry. Bad luck recently, one INR, one SNAD. Deadlines have passed for both, by days, but no refund yet.0

I start this thread and what happens, a knock on the door by Royal mail at 2.30 with the package. Thanks for the answers.0

Murphy's Law (section 4 "INR Disputes", sub-paragraph 3(ii)b) also dictates that the item will usually turn up just after you have been refunded for it.iwant2savemoney wrote: »I start this thread and what happens, a knock on the door by Royal mail at 2.30 with the package. Thats why impatient people should stick to the shops and leave Ebay for the rest of us.0
