Vodafone nightmare

In my experience Vodafone customer service is far, far better than T-Mobile / Everything Everywhere. I had a battery issue with my SIII and the guy in the Vodafone shop replaced it without even asking me for my telephone number.
T-Mobile would have never done something like that.0 -
Vodafone customer service is abysmal, they just run you round in circles and achieve nothing but frustrate you (I am sure it is done deliberately)
My advice to anyone is dont touch Vodafone with a barge pole.
LOL!!!
Totally agree :-)
Their website tells you one thing, customer services something else so the local shops says they'll fix my issue but never does.... Like a !!!!!!! merry-go-round.
As for the online site... what a !!!!ing joke that is even when it does work...
Unfortunately being rural it is the only service that works for me...0 -

"Port" is an incorrect term if you remain with the same network. In fact it takes just 1 minute to request the number to be transferred - provided that you can avoid dealing with their hopeless telephone CS:
Unfortunately that form does not work for the 'system' my payg is on... Confirmed by Vodafone...
Oh well after 4 hours and 40min on the vodafone chat windows and the phone finally they say they will do the transfer... Not holding my breath though. Been told this before... The service is truly shocking. You should not have to threaten them [nicely] to cancel your contract to get them to do anything...0 -
