Tesco misprices and discussion (Thread 12)

Tescos in L3wish5m today had 4 pack of Jammin drinks bottles (250ml) half price at 84p going through at 49p per pack. The very kind assistant pointed it out to me and got another member of staff to get me 4 more packs. Very handy packed lunch drinks. Not sure if it is all branches but worth a try.

I am new to thread, found it over Christmas. I don't know if this will help anyone but I was in Tesco extra today and got a Tatty Teddy Mirror 75p 361325, tatty teddy keyring (saying happy birthday) 20p 353863 and tatty teddy two part friendship frame 42p 358028. The prices were on the SEL's but thought they were a bargain so would share, but dont know whether or not it qualifies for this thread.

ive just been informed by my fiance of 1p bags of lindt eggs (100g) in tesco express , was found in plymouth! apparantly they are 2 for £3 or £2.50 each.... only some are affected though which are the ones on tag strips... if u look on the back it has a wrong barcode sticker over the original barcode....!

Yes they can, but unlikey for buying 1p items, they would probably just refuse to sell if they didn't want to...

and re the limit: the sky is the limit :cool: as many as they have or as many as you can get away with...

ive heard of people buying 30 odd at a time!

the lint/ lindor eggs barcode is 5012454067534...

not sure if it will work in main tesco stores as my partner only works in express...

I did a trip to my local today - N*ttingham T*p V4lley on a bargain hunt with a list of all recent bargains.
Didn't find any of the 1p bargains and the only other items mentioned recently I could find were the Christmas craft things for the kids, stuff reduced to 19p, 25p, 34p,38p and 75p so got a good stock of them.

I scanned lots of stuff left over from xmas but the only bargain I found was a metal Thomas Tank engine lunchbox with sweets and biscuits in which scanned at 68p (no sel), there were only 2 so I got one each for my boys - might have some in other stores if anyone interested.
I also found wooden trains at 75p, these were £3 but it seems they have changed the make from 'little steps' to 'carousel' and obviously had a few left over with the old make on so were selling them off, I got a couple but still a few left.
They also had some of the organix baby food jars from 32p upwards which is a bit cheaper - maybe new packaging so selling off.

Most of the other xmas chocs I checked were still full price and I scanned a xmas pudding that had no sel and it was £6! Found a few random Finest desserts in the freezer but these scanned at £3. Really wanted to find a good bargain to share - was in there over 2 hours randomly scanning lol

I'm not sure it's very good for glitches/1p items at this one - think they are too on the ball
