Will i get a crisis loan for a new bed?

As other's have said, Freecycle is the best place to get another bed (or any other furniture you might need, for that matter) if you are desperate. There is no reason in the world to accumulate more debt/loans and buy a new one.2021 Targets

Yes - apply for either a budget loan or community care grant.0

Unless someone's throat's been cut over it, you could probably be able to just turn it over!0 -
No you wont.
I think they changed it so They will only give our crisis loans for household goods if it's been destroyed in something like a fire.
I wouln't hold out too much hope OP.
What happened to the bed? sleep on the matress on the floor and save for a bed.0 -
I'm starting to feel really uncomfortable now. Wish I hadn't read this, I keep thinking about poor Milly Dowler.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

As others have said... turn it over and cover it with a blanket. Also, have you actually tried cleaning it with bleach?
Anyway, I thought you said the bed was broken and giving you a bad back so you must have been sleeping on it with the blood?:hello:0 -
Cold water, wash it out. People give birth on beds at home and don't throw the mattresses out!
Stick the mattress on the floor! I had to do this when the slats snapped from underneath me on my bed - was a comfier nights sleep, though it looked bad so I repaired the bed underneath.
Whilst I would LOVE a new bed, it's not a priority right now.
Make do and mend is my advice!:cool:0
