Have been sent 2 printers instead of one, what shall i do??

    I would keep it and sell it. The way I have always seen these things is, a lot of shops have signs up saying "please check your change, as mistakes cannot be rectified after you have left the shop", so the way I see it, the few times I have been given too much change, once I have left the shop. TOUGH.

    My opinion/thinking applies here too. If they cannot organise themselves efficiently and effectively and actually read and print an order, deliver it etc. That is their fault for being incompetent!

    What would you do if, on leaving the shop, you discover they've short-changed you a tenner. Would you think TOUGH or would you go back in and complain?
