On the product page it says "In stock Dispatched from and sold by Amazon.co.uk"

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00070QI1I/ref=pd_luc_mri/202-0657664-9091867?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

Exactly the same as any other Amazon stock item.
  • Lorian, I suggest you email them with the page you/I quoted. I had a problem with some gift certificates and they added the balance, but it took 3 emails I think to get it sorted... once because I needed more information, second time I got an automated response and third time I got the right response I needed (money was credited).

I've jusy sent it to them. It'll be my last try.

Im quite familiar with co-located inventory, but I'll be beggered if I can undestand how they can say its in stock, shipped by them and sold by them, and then say it's not.

Something very strange is going on here.

If you search for something on Amazon, normally the search brings up their item, but offers you the alternatives as a secondary choice.

On this item, what is apparently "their" item, ONLY appears as one of the secondary choices and there is no Amazon item coming up first.

I don't believe that it is really them supplying the item listed, but in that case the wording is fairly ridiculous.

When you click the item details in your original order details (in your Account History) does it take you to the same "Amazon-supplied" item which is in stock, or another item which is out of stock, out of interest?

I've been two months trying to get the gift voucher they promise if you take out one of their credit cards.

I wanted the cc anyway, but I think they should do as they promise - all I get is automated mails which say nothing, or no response at all.

Their customer service is very poor, and I shall not be buying from them again. :(

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)
