There seems little point in calling them to get my blood pressure high when the CS rep can't find it, Even everyone else that posted in this thread has failed to find it. But Its there.
Your first "Justy ring them" was changed from a post telling me it wasn't there....0 -
In the time you have spent moaning on here you could have called them and got this sorted ... several times over.
I couldn't find the item when I first looked, so it is quite viable that the person at Amazon made a genuine mistake also.
Am going to say this once more (or maybe again later) ...

FWIW I found it
Looks like you have a valid complaint Lorian, although £9 for a 1 gig card is still pretty good going really.DFW Nerd 0350 -

Thanks, at least I know I'm not going mad. Yeah I know it was a good price anyway, and £1.50 means nothing, other than I was using this refund process as an example to start working on a program to automatically check for credits due.dmg24 wrote:In the time you have spent moaning on here you could have called them and got this sorted ... several times over.
I think you'll find this is the VENT board, maybe you shouldn't read it if you don't like reading people's (quite justified) complaints!0 -
If you add it to your basket then click the link in the basket, you get the amazon page:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00070QI1I/ref=pd_luc_mri/202-0657664-9091867?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE0 -

That's great, thanks. That's the one0 -
"Fulfilled by Amazon" does NOT mean it's supplied to you by Amazon. That's why it says fulfilled.
"Fulfilled by Amazon" means that whilst you buy it from a Marketplace seller, the stock is held in Amazon's warehouses and despatched by Amazon to you, along with any other Amazon product you might buy.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200106510 says something about it, but still doesn't make it particularly clear.
The page which shows you "fulfilled by Amazon" says at the top that it relates to Marketplace suppliers.
Before you allege that Amazon are incompetent, I think you should have done a bit more research - they aren't liable to guarantee prices where Marketplace suppliers under-cut them, but only where they reduce their own price.0
