3 x 3.50 = 10.50 (initial payment)
10.50 - 3.50 = 7 (overcharge)
7 x 2 = 14 (dtd)
14 - 10.50 = paid 3.50 to take away
hope this helps clear things up for pplS.P.C member 1662 - target £3000 -
At the risk of being shot down in flames .... doesn't it occur to anyone that buying large quantities of items JUST for the DTD may mean that Tesco will stop offering it if it's being abused?0

I just got 3 packs of AAA buy 1 get 2 free sel so paid £10.50 and got £14.00 back. Also got 2 packs of AA bogof so paid £7.00 and got £7.00 back so profit of £3.50 on the lot
obviously better to get the b1g2f AAA as paid to get them but still free for the AA.
