Phones 2 u direct- anyone used

Can anyone recommend or otherwise for this company. They seem to have some excellent mobile phone deals available on a 12mth free contract after cashback.

Any information would be most welcome

Do not use them. You will not get your cashback unless you use the small claims court. You have been warned.

Agree with Mrs Mondragon... I am currently having great difficulty claiming my 12 months free line rental!

They said that I agreed to paperless T&C's and as such I never got a copy. As such I had no address t claim to - when I called Carphone Warehouse to claim they gave me the incorrect address as they did not check whether phone was acquired directly or through a subsiduary company. They only allow a claim within 14 days of the bill date (returning months 6, 9 & 12 to claim cashback) - so if your bill is late you have no chance.

My claim was marginally late due to incorrect address supplied and they claim that it has now invalidated all my subsequent claims - resulting in a very costly 12 months for an out of date mobile.

I will be trying to persue this - complaint letter in hand and will persue through claims court if I can but I feel they have me over a barrel - has anyone at all had success in claiming?????

They did not comply with their T&C's when they assessed my claim as they did not respond within the 28 day period specified.

I feel very cheated!

Have had success with other providers of 12 month free line rental though... One Stop Phone Shop actually send you their details rather than hide them - they also enclose redemption vouchers so you know which month to forward your bill.
