[QUOTE=manyspots;47191221 Did I read somewhere that Mr T's give double the difference or a £2 gift card for misprices?

    [/QUOTE]

Asda give £2 gift cards for misprices

Tesco give double the difference if you have been overcharged.

That might be down to an individual store. I used Campbell and Honey Shreddies in my Tesco today

I agree. Each shop or manager or whatever must have their own idea of coupon policies in T's. Today I managed to use a voucher to get a free box of Honey Shreddies (the last battered box at my local T's!) and also a free can of Campbells Soup without any problems whatsoever. I'd suggest trying a different T's or going there at a different time if you're having problems, a good tip is checking at customer service before loading your cart too (you can always quote whatever they said to the cashier if there's an issue at checkout.) :)

I used many pdf coupons in my T's today, the colgate ones had to be manually inputted which seems to be a generic problem, but all were accepted. It's awful that some are taking advantage of coupons, as others have said, it will just be spoilt for all of us.

    colgate toothpaste - pdf

    campbells soup - pdf

    shreddies - pdf

    utterly butterly - pdf

I think I see why your Ts were rejecting these. They must have been inundated with people getting these products.

yes agree seems as I and many have pointed out a few spoil it for the majority

used PDF in my T today , although did have a voucher check by sup last week ( safe coupon!) ,
so it is probably a store that has been abused tightening its rules

so thank those who as said got 20 ect in 1 shop using PDF yep if i was working at the T i would tell us to go away too!

little and often , its not hard !

I have a Daily Mail reward code for today - going to the first to reply requesting it on this thread

think you posted this on the wrong thread :)
  • Echoing what's been said...
I went to MrT today and Shreddies voucher was refused (just 1 for the last box available in the whole shop) - I was told by supervisor that they stopped accepting it because they have had issues with photocopies and people clearing the shelves...:(
Also my COOP condotional spend coupon wasn't accepted either!
:grinheart It's Mrs Coupon now - saving and comping my way to a brighter future :grinheart
  • Well I've been merrily using the SS tills at Mr S, and putting through 3 tins of soup, with other items, and my 3 coupons have been deducted without problems ........ until today.

After I used the first coupon, I found it impossible to scan any more, so I called the SA over and she pointed to the screen, where there was a message "COUPON HAS BEEN USED - ONLY ONE ALLOWED", or something like that.:o

She very kindly manually scanned £1.58, "just this once" and told me that they were changing their coupon policy. None of us can dictate what we think is the right number to acquire, and say "Well I've stopped at 9 tins, and that's fine, and nobody should have 10", but it doesn't help when people brag that they've "bought" 132 packs of Shreddies, and even post a link to a photo!!

And then large numbers are "justified" by people adding "took dozens to the women's refuge/food bank" etc. We have free will, so we are all able to set our own limits, but please think, before posting about acquiring large numbers of a product, because we may well find that "careless talk, costs coupons"!!!!

Am I going mad or has the SACLA SAUCE £1 coupon gone from the list ? I was going to print some out today cos my daughter loves this stuff.

managed to get to sainsburys today and got 2 persils & a comfort for £5 odd , really pleased with that.

looking forward to tomorrow using the morrisons coupon in tesco's , its really helping cos I am on a diet and need some expensive foods.
    Kindness costs nothing :)
