Hi Guys. I recently travelled to Sweden (Newcastle-Heathrow-Sweden) with British Airways and the staff on both planes were really nice, kind and helpful. And it only cost £82 one way, plus I got sarnie and 2 drinks included on both planes. I used to take Ryananir cos they fly to Vasteras in sweden which is better for me but since easyjet stopped fliight from Newcastle to stansted I'm stuck. Wish Ryanair would take over the New-Stansted route.

Yes with Ryanair deals like this one it's a pity Squeezyjet pulled out.

I'll bet there would be some passengers even on THIS flight who'd moan about being charged for an oversized bag!!

I hope so, I always like a little pre-flight entertainment.
  • Ryanair Rock!! We fly with them all the time and never had a problem.

Our most recent booking is a trip to Ibiza for a family of four from Liverpool.....£125 with a checked in suitcase :-) oh and this is going part way over half term too so only 3 days off school needed :-)

I don't think you can beat Ryanair's prices if you can manage with just hand luggage.

After speaking to a number of pilots who say "I'd rather walk than fly Ryanair" my view of them has changed a bit.

Nothing to do with customer service either

You should have been in the queue at the gate I was last week, where a woman was charging up and down the queue trying to find people to support her as she had been charged 40euros each for failing to print out their return boarding passes. She had managed to find another pair of Ryanair "victims" and was chunnering on about if she could find a third they could get together and "raise a case", when they got home.

When they came to me, I gently tried to explain how it works. They stared at me open-mouthed and in silence. Then totally ignored my explanation and carried on canvassing support down the queue.

She must have said "Well it's not a cheap flight when they trick you like this, is it?" about a hundred times ;)

Maybe there should be a special airline for the willfully stupid, just sorry I missed it.
